At Medusa Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
